In those situations the electronics are fine — the security handshake simply no longer matches.
We handle these on the bench where the vehicle cannot support the work in-car, restore or align the programming, and give the machine back a working start sequence. Where a unit can be recovered rather than replaced, that is always the cheaper answer for you.
