AdBlue & emissions

Repair first — solutions where they belong

AdBlue (SCR) and other emissions systems cause some of the most expensive recurring faults on modern diesels — crystallised injectors, failed NOx sensors, dosing modules and count-down warnings that threaten a no-start. Our starting point is always the same: diagnose it properly, because many "AdBlue nightmares" are one failed sensor, not a doomed system.

For competition and off-road machinery — track cars, agricultural equipment, export builds and plant that never touches a public road — we provide dedicated emissions-system solutions engineered and tested the same way we build every tuning file: cleanly, on the bench where required, with the original calibration backed up.

What we will not do is pretend those solutions belong on a road car. If your daily driver has an emissions fault, book it for diagnostics — fixing the actual cause is usually cheaper than people fear, and it keeps the car legal.

Road-use notice: removing or defeating emissions equipment on a vehicle used on public roads is illegal in the UK and will fail an MOT. The services on this page are supplied strictly for vehicles used exclusively for motorsport or off-road purposes. For road cars, our first recommendation is always diagnosis and repair of the underlying fault.

The result

What we handle

AdBlue / SCR systems

Count-down warnings, dosing faults, NOx sensor failures — diagnosed to the component before anything else.

DPF investigation

Regeneration history, soot-load truth and the reason it blocked — not just the symptom.

EGR faults

Sticking valves and flow errors found with live data.

Competition builds

Emissions solutions for track, off-road and export vehicles, done cleanly and documented.

How it works

Three steps. One visit.

  1. 1

    Book diagnostics

Tell us the symptoms and how the vehicle is used — that decides everything.

  2. 2

    We diagnose

Live-data investigation of the SCR, DPF or EGR system to the failing component.

  3. 3

    You choose

Repair with a clear quote — or, for qualifying motorsport / off-road vehicles, a dedicated solution.

Good to know

Questions we hear every week.

Can you delete AdBlue on my daily driver?

No — on a road-registered vehicle that would be illegal and an automatic MOT failure. What we can do is diagnose why the system is failing and repair the actual cause, which is very often a single sensor.

My AdBlue countdown says the car won't restart. What do I do?

Book it in promptly — a dosing or NOx fault left alone can strand the car when the counter reaches zero. The cause is usually identifiable in one diagnostic session.

I run a track / off-road vehicle. What do you need from me?

Confirmation of how the vehicle is used, then we'll talk through the right solution for the build. Work is booked through the normal diary like any other service.

Is a repair really cheaper than a delete?

Very often, yes — a failed NOx sensor or dosing valve is a fraction of the horror stories people read. Diagnosis first means you decide with real numbers, not fear.

Diagnose it. Then decide.
