No more restart shudder

The annoyances, switched off.
Start-stop that stays off, hidden sport displays switched on, and hot-start problems fixed — small calibration changes that make a car much easier to live with.
Start-stop & comfort
Start-stop is the one owners ask about most. The button turns it off for one journey; the car forgets every time you restart it. Written into the calibration, off means off — permanently, and without a dongle hanging out of your OBD port.
Several manufacturers also ship hidden instrument functions — oil temperature, boost, power and torque displays — that are simply switched off in the market calibration. Where your car has them, we can turn them on.
And hot-start trouble, where a warm engine cranks and cranks before it fires, is often a known calibration behaviour rather than a failing starter or battery. It is worth checking before anyone sells you parts.

The result
Especially at junctions, roundabouts and in slow traffic.
No repeated stop-start cycles on a hot turbo in queues.
Oil temperature and boost, where the sensors already exist.
Where the hot-start behaviour lives in the calibration.
How it works
We confirm which of these your exact model supports.
Usually done alongside a remap in the same visit.
Original saved, changes flashed, car checked before it leaves.
Good to know
Any calibration change can be visible to a dealer. Your original file is saved, so the car can be returned to standard before a warranty visit if you prefer.
Not when it is done properly in the calibration. That is the difference between this and a cheap OBD dongle.
Only where the manufacturer built them in and switched them off. Tell us the model and we will confirm before you book.
These changes are usually done in the same visit as your remap.
